Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any of the mobile applications, website, or services provided by AVTECHKY (operating as "AV Tech Solution"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our applications, website, and services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AVTECHKY. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use such services, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of Our Services

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspension or termination of your access to our services.
User Accounts
Certain features of our applications may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account credentials with third parties, allow multiple individuals to use a single account, or use another user's account without their express permission. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during account creation and throughout your use of our services is accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, software, code, design, layout, and the overall look and feel of our services, are the exclusive property of AVTECHKY or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The AVTECHKY name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AVTECHKY. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans that appear on our services are the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our services; (b) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; or (c) download (other than page caching) any portion of our services or any information contained therein.
Content and Conduct
Our applications may allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content ("User Content"). You retain all rights in your User Content, and you are solely responsible for the content you create and share through our services.
By submitting User Content through our services, you grant AVTECHKY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of our services.
You agree not to post or share User Content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware
- Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible or liable for any content created by users.
Purchases and Payments
Our applications may offer in-app purchases, premium features, subscriptions, or other paid services. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms of service and payment policies.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable charges through your chosen payment method as configured in your Google Play Store account. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information.
All fees and charges are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. Prices for our services may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through your Google Play Store account settings at any time.
Third-Party Links
Our applications and website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by AVTECHKY. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit or use.
You acknowledge and agree that AVTECHKY shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVTECHKY expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) our services will meet your specific requirements; (b) our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable; (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through our services will meet your expectations; or (e) any errors in our services will be corrected.
Your use of our services is solely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that our services will be compatible with all devices or operating systems, and we are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that may result from using our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AVTECHKY, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
- Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our services
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid AVTECHKY, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AVTECHKY and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of our services. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@avtechky.in or through the account deletion feature within our applications.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
If you are accessing our services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable to your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.
